What are you selling?

You only pay Bradley if it sells. No sale, no fee.

Your range by text or email, then talk it through with Bradley.

Hitchbay isn't open yet. You can look through the form, but it can't send anything to Bradley.

Would you rather sell it to us? We also buy directFree UK nationwide collection, a hassle-free sale and any outstanding finance settled for you.

Selling a campervan, with Bradley as your named contact

Bradley has spent years buying and selling motorhomes and caravans, and he's your contact from valuation to handover. Your campervan stays at home, wherever you are in the UK.

Every kind of campervan

VW and Ford conversions, larger panel-van conversions, pop-tops, high-tops, classics and self-builds, whether or not the V5C says "motor caravan". Bradley sells them all, and he can make a direct offer on any of them, with free UK nationwide collection, a hassle-free sale and any outstanding finance settled for you.

What buyers may ask, and what to have ready

Who did the conversion, receipts for gas and electrical work, build photos, and the weights. Having these to hand helps buyers understand what they're looking at. Bradley's checklist covers getting it ready to sell.

What GOV.UK says about campervan body types

Information only, never a condition of selling with Bradley. DVLA's guidance explains what it looks for before recording "motor caravan", and says a campervan can still be used as one without the change.

How selling with Bradley works

Free valuation. You send photos and details, and Bradley writes the advert. Your advert shows Hitchbay as the seller, on your behalf. He handles buyer enquiries. Every offer reaches you in writing through him. You get a weekly written email update. Before keys or the V5C change hands, he'll confirm with you that the money has cleared in your own account. After the sale, remember to tell DVLA you've sold it.

Bradley's fee, in pounds, before you sign

One fee in pounds, shown before you sign, and nothing unless it sells. Bradley's fee is due if it sells during the agreement, including to a buyer you find yourself.

Viewings and test drives at your home

Bradley doesn't attend viewings or test drives, so you show the campervan yourself. Have someone with you, see a buyer's licence before any drive, keep the keys with you, and stay in the passenger seat.

Would you rather sell it to Bradley?

Bradley can make you a direct offer on your campervan, whatever its type, with free UK nationwide collection, a hassle-free sale and any outstanding finance settled.

What we stand for

Questions campervan owners ask

Anything else? Send Bradley a question

Can you sell a self-build campervan?

Yes. Bradley sells self-builds, and he can make a direct offer on one too, with free UK nationwide collection, a hassle-free sale and any outstanding finance settled for you. Buyers may ask how it was built, so gather any receipts, certificates and build photos you have. DVLA's guidance notes that when a converted campervan is sold, the registered keeper should be able to show the conversion work was done safely.

My V5C doesn't say "motor caravan". Can I still sell it?

Yes. Bradley sells campervans whatever the V5C says. DVLA's guidance says a campervan can still be used as one even if its body type hasn't been changed. GOV.UK explains when a V5C needs updating, and he'll show buyers what yours records.

Can I keep using my campervan while it's for sale?

Yes. It stays with you at home. Let Bradley know when you're away so viewings can be arranged around your plans.

What does it cost?

One fee in pounds, shown before you sign, and nothing unless it sells. Bradley's fee is due if it sells during the agreement, including to a buyer you find yourself.

Do you come to viewings?

No. We speak to buyers by phone before any viewing is arranged, and Bradley gives a buyer your address only after that call. You show the campervan at home, so have someone with you and keep the keys with you. Every offer reaches you in writing through Bradley.

Would you buy my campervan instead?

Bradley can make you a direct offer on any type of campervan, with free UK nationwide collection, a hassle-free sale and any outstanding finance settled. You can compare it with a managed sale before you decide.
